About Xtasy Carnival Troupe
Xtasy Carnival Troupe, Inc. debuted in St. Thomas Carnival 2017 by Founders: Shara Smith, Ama Mills, Jinell Mayers, and Kendra Emanuel. We aim to continue providing our members with a mixture of Virgin Islands culture and carnival rapture with cutting-edge costume designs and an unforgettable carnival experience. We call it “The Ultimate Xtasy Xperience”.
